Thuraya Single Repeater

The Thuraya Single-Channel Repeater is designed to bring reliable satellite connectivity indoors, making it possible to use any Thuraya handset even in areas where satellite signals cannot penetrate. By receiving the signal from an outdoor antenna, amplifying it, and transmitting it indoors, the repeater ensures uninterrupted satellite communicationwithin the coverage area.

Capable of handling one call or session at a time, the system supports voice, SMS, fax/data (up to 9.6 kbps), and GmPRS (60/15 kbps downlink/uplink). With indoor coverage up to 530 sqm (depending on layout), it is ideal for offices, small command centers, emergency shelters, and remote facilities.

The compact design makes installation simple, whether using the fixed type with a 12m RF cable and screw mount or the portable version with a 5m RF cable and suction mount. Multiple repeaters can be deployed together to extend coverage in larger spaces.
